Care leave

Five days of paid leave per year for employees to care for themselves, people they wish to care for, pets, and things.

Birthday leave

One day of special paid leave that can be used within the employee's birthday month.

Paid Maternity Leave

Employees are paid the same salary equivalent to working their regular working hours for up to 84 days from the starting date of the maternity leave.

Club Activities

Employees initiate and receive predetermined subsidies. Currently, a golf club, sauna club, tennis club, darts club, and English club are active. New club activities are welcome.
